We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our dedicated maintenance team in Richfield. This position is ideal for individuals who are not only proficient in welding, especially with aluminum, but also possess broad mechanical experience relevant to the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks primarily focusing on aluminum, ensuring high-quality finishes and structural integrity.
• Use a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MIG, etc.).
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
• Assess and repair damaged vehicle parts and equipment, applying knowledge of metallurgy and engineering requirements.
• Contribute to the maintenance team by applying mechanical skills for non-welding-related repairs and tasks as needed.
• Ensure all tasks are completed following safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder, with specific expertise in welding aluminum.
• Proficient in using both hand and power tools associated with welding and mechanical repairs.
• Own a set of welding and mechanical tools suitable for various repair and maintenance tasks.
• Mechanical experience related to vehicle and equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Welding certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Additional mechanical certifications or proven experience in vehicle mechanics will be considered an advantage.
